A Trip to Kansai

I am just back from a trip to Japan. The area I went was Kansai, Western of Japan. I spent three days in Kyoto, one day in Osaka and the other half day in Nara. I did not go with any travel agent. I just went with my friend as backpackers. There are few things I found I like the most about Japan.

The first one is the transportation system is really convenient and easy to understand in Japan. Even though I do not understand Japanese, but I can read the English instruction or Chinese one. As long as you know where you are going, you can easily find the right bus which can take you to the place you want to visit. The second thing I admire Japan is the place is so neat and tidy. The streets are very clean as well. I did not feel the air pollution even in rush hour. The last thing I like is their green tea. Since the green tea grown in Kansai, I could find the products which made by green tea easily.

Luckily, it did not rain a lot when I was there. The weather was nice to travel. It was interesting and fun for my friend and me. I hope someday I can visit Japan soon.

How To Purchase a House Through Housing Agency

Nowadays, to purchase a house has become more and more difficult since the value of real property is rising. However, to have an own house is a dream of everyone who is grown-up. Moreover, buying a house is not easy because there are some preparations you have to do. Here are some tips that you can refer to whenever you have thought about owning a house.

Firstly, you should save some money to be your down payment. The more amounts you save, the less you have to loan from the bank. People can loan70% or 80% of the total value of the house from the bank, but it still depends on the credit you have. For example, you have two millions dollars in cash; you have the chance to have night millions dollars' house. However, you must consider whether you can afford the debit which you have to pay to the bank every month.

Secondly, you should figure out where the location you want to stay and where is affordable. Then approaching some housing agency to let them know what kinds of house conditions you require. For instant, how big the house you need and how many rooms you like, or do you need a parking space? As long as you have released your requirement, the agents will soon contact you and find few ones which meet your need. Then you have to go and check the houses to see if you like it or not.

Lastly, you might find one which you like the most. Then you have to pay ten thousands dollars to the agent to let he or she bargain with the house owner. After the deal is done, you can start to prepare the payment and own your dream home.

My Sister's Keeper

I have recently read a book, My Sister's Keeper, which is not a new released book. It has been shot as a film as well because it is a good story that has drawn people's attention. The story is about that a 13 year old Anna sues her parents because she thought herself being abused by her parents. Anna was created to be a perfect genetic match for her sister,Kate, who is dying from a rare form of leukemia. Anna has suffered from countless painful procedures, surgeries, and hospitalizations in order to keep her sister alive. She is being asked to donate her kidney to Kate, in order to save her life one more time. What follows is a heartwrenching story of a family torn apart by their love for one another. This is a story that would make the readers cry.

Earthquake

Earthquake!! When people hear that, everyone feel horrible. Earthquake is a natural movement of earth. However, if it is big one, many people would suffer from the reaction of earth. There is a movie released lately called “Aftershock”. It is about an earthquake happened in Tangshan, China. It is a real story that most of people know. The movie is about that a family tore apart by the earthquake. Many people die because of the earthquake. They have nothing left after shaking 23 seconds. I was sad when I saw the movie since there were so many people lost their love ones and become homeless. To make me think that we have to cherish what we have now and treat our love ones right.
