My Boss

My boss is a Singaporean. He was sent by the headquarter, based in Singapore, to manage the branch in Taiwan. He is 35 years old which is young as a branch manager. When he came to our office, he was not good at conducting a company. He had not much experience in handling a office. However, he has tried his best to deal with things like administration, accounting, sales, and services. He is a funny person and easygoing. He treats us like friends than his staffs. As long as we have problems, we can talk to him and he will try to fix them for us. However, maybe he is not serious; sometimes we would unconsciously cross the line. Sometimes, other colleagues complain about him. Yet, I think that things always happened for a reason. There must be some misunderstands. Overall, he is a really good boss to me. I hope that our company can be better and better under his management.
